Location.

At the accomodation searching I have filtered to places for 2 adults plus 2 children. Registration ended up with 2 adults and 1 child. (Incorrect tool behaviour of booking.com?). Then as planned, for 4 people I have added the ID details for the online check in at Zymzo. After the trip accomodation informed me that they will keep the 80 eur deposit as I have violated terms and conditions as we had 4 people (4th one was a 2 year old). Non-sense and ubelievable behaviour of the tool and the accomodation that even if I added 4 IDs at the online checkin and started the whole booking process with highlighting 4 people they charge for 80 eur?? Please escalate and investigate, thx Booking Team!

Super central, spacious, lovely bathroom, kitchen etc.

I made a reservation late in the afternoon, I didn't receive a link to the online check-in via email, but only an instruction to contact the owner for the code to the key.. The owner did not answer the phone calls, as a result, I was able to enter the accommodation. Regardless, the owner did not refund my money. Avoid this accommodation!

Location could not be bettered. Perfect for the bus station, train station and central Ljubljana. Very large living room, dining area, kitchen, storage area. Nicely furnished and decorated. Lots of cooking implements.

No dishwasher tablets, kitchen paper, toilet paper or laundry detergent provided. I understand that it wouldn't be cost efficient to provide a big supply, but most apartments provide a small supply of these things. We were only staying 3 nights - I wasn't going to buy a full box of laundry detergent or dishwasher tablets - but would really have appreciated being able to do one load of laundry at this point in our trip. Found this very annoying. Road outside is noisy so you have to have the windows shut at night or you will get woken up. You can't hear the road with the windows shut. However, the air con is only in the kitchen and no fans are provided so this meant it was very hot in the bedrooms. Be aware, the second bedroom is extremely small. Fine if you are travelling as a couple as the main bedroom is huge, but if sharing with friends this means one person does get a bad deal. In the main bedroom, the bed is very comfortable and huge - but the sheet is way too small for the mattress so it comes off if you move around whilst sleeping and is very difficult to put back on. Bathroom could do with some maintenance - peeling paint and black mould on the walls above the tiled area.

Perfect location. Short walk from central train station, right next to Dragon Bridge, within river/restaurant/bar/cafe precinct. Well appointed apartment.

Shower was in poor repair and unusable, kitchen cupboard doors were falling off, kitchen appliances not cleaned from previous guests. Made aware of need to pay a bond of $80 Euros only after booking was confirmed. All comms was through an automated system, no interactions with host.

Great location, beautiful, very clean apartment. Easy to get it.

Extremely late check-in (16:00) without possibility to leave baggage. We were left with empty hand soap. I think it should be mandatory same as the toilet paper. Bathroom gets flooded after showering, doesn't matter how careful you are.. They charge additional fees for services trought aditional app althought you have to do everything yourself (online check-in, entering personal information).
