Tv in one room doesnt work,setting wasnt in english ,it was on french and it was too hard to set up TV, and in two rooms there was dirty blankets and pilows..location is perfect

Great location, right next to Dragon Bridge. Spacious flat except for room with twin bed. Well stocked kitchen. Bonus: this was the only flat in Europe that we stayed at that had a clothes dryer.

Bedroom with twin bed was small. Shower water temp was warm at best.

The location is awesome, right by the Dragon Bridge, and shopping and transportation (trains and buses) are very nearby, the apartment is pretty good size with lots of shelves, cabinets and storage, the host is very responsive and courteous. Spread peace.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and it was good to have a clothes washer and dryer. It took us a minute to figure out that the dryer wouldn't work until the condensed water tray was emptied after the first load. Being on the third floor provided a little bit of a view and eliminated some of the street noise.

The online check in was cumbersome and it wasn't clear that we had to do it before we received the code for the key box. It was on the third floor with no elevator so climbing with heavy bags was an effort. The shower floor was flat so water from the shower would run out onto the wooden floor so we had to put a towel at the threshold to dam it up. We couldn't figure out how the tv worked. We had to pay to park.

Spacious apartment in a grate location close to all the sites

It was a beautiful flat in a nice location. 2nd bedroom was very small and hence my friend slept in the living room.

It appears the flat was partly cleaned. The washing machine was full with damp but clean towels. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and hence we chose not to use it and hand washed our plates and glasses. The kitchen worktop table, dining table and floor has food crumbs. I asked the owner if the cleaner had to leave halfway through the cleaning to attend to am emergency. He said he would find out what happened and get back to us. I never heard from him nor did he offer some refund due to the flat not being cleaned which I thought was very unprofessional.

Great location, good kitchen even if lacking in some things that could easily be included (e.g., a coffee machine) even if they are not mentioned in the listing, spacious living room and main bedroom.

LOUD. Unexpectedly loud for Slovenia! Must be the busiest corner in the city, cars revving their engines and honking, even late at night. Living room "sofa" is not a sofa at all, it is a bed with too few pillows to make it comfortable for sitting. Small bedroom is for a small child, the bed is not adequate at all. The need to register for and communicate through an additional app is a headache. Finally, the TV did not work; I notified the owner and they ignored my texts. In my opinion, not worth the money.

not suitable for family with small children. the apartment is located on the 2nd floor and in case you have stroller you have to carry the baby and the stroller up the stairs. THERE IS NO IRON in the apartment but it is stated that there is! we contacted the host company and we were told that the iron was broken and new iron will be available in 3-4 days after our leave. Very poor communication with the host company, we tried to reach them by phone in the evening (no answer), in the morning via booking (no answer), via whatsapp (no answer) and finally we reached them by phone. there is no tea kettle in the apartment.

The location was amazing. The place was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The linens on the bed were very nice. It was tastefully decorated. A lot of nice hanging and storage space for clothes. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cups, really everything needed but oddly no coffee maker. Plenty of umbrellas.

The directions to find the door to the apartment unit (not the building) indicated that there would be a name on the door. There was no name on the door, so we doubted we were at the right location. The dryer was full of dirty towels from the previous occupants. The bathroom mirror was insanely high. I am short but the bottom of the mirror was above the top of my head. There was a bag of bananas that had been there for a week for someone else. The bathroom mat had not been cleaned. Although the kitchen was very well-stocked with kitchen plates, silverware, cooking pots, pans, etc. there was no coffee maker at all, not in any form. We had to go buy instant coffe and boil water in a pot. It was just a little surprising because there were so many other types of kitchen supplies. There was no kitchen soap to wash dishes. The bottle was empty.
