We are so glad we found this Dunedin gem - we just had the comfiest stay at Everest on High. It's a beautiful heritage property in an excellent location with free street parking just outside (most parking in Dunedin city centre is paid!). We enjoyed being able to walk into town easily. Peter was a welcoming host and made sure we had everything we needed. The room is spacious and feels more like a self-contained studio, with everything we needed from heating, a sofa, TV, fridge, microwave, yummy coffee and a continental breakfast all included. There's a private guest bathroom just across the hall. The house has an interesting history which is included in the information booklet. Highly recommend, would stay again

Loved the history of the place, modernised but still kept aspects of the original building. Will recommend to others visiting Dunedin

Lovely, spacious room. Beautiful old building with an interesting history which we enjoyed reading about. Good water pressure in shower. Very kind and considerate host. Tasty coffee!
