Stay with Robin

I booked this stunning cottage based on great reviews and the photos (victorian style furniture) and it didn't disappoint. Robin was a lovely, friendly host. On arrival Robin offered us a hot drink and lit the fire for us in the cosy living room, we were also introduced to his beautiful cat Rosie. We were also offered supper (additional cost) which we declined, however the food smelt amazing. We were also welcomed with a congratulations balloon in our room which was very sweet as this was a speical day for us. The next day Robin was very helpful with directions to the nearby church and places to visit in Dorking. He also offered us welly boots as he knew the paths were muddy. Overall, this was a perfect peaceful stay and I would definitely visit again.

Tea and coffee facilities not in the room, this wasn't a problem as the kitchen was next to the double room. However it would've been a nice touch.

Robin was very kind and hospitable. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place. His cat Rosie was lovely and very friendly. The dinner that Robin prepared for us was delicious.

Everything was perfect!

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location owned by Robin who was s really interesting man. He gave lots of information about the surrounding area and meant we could find the old hidden church in the woods. The breakfast provided was great with home produced sausages , bacon and eggs. Thank you Robin for s lovely stay and also to Rosie your adorable cat who loved lots of cuddles and strokes.

It was a beautiful, grand property. & Robin was very welcome and knowledgeable. We went to a great effort with our Breakfast.

Our Host Robin made us feel very much at home. His house is lovely and very comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were ideal for an overnight stay with lots of hot water with a bath and shower (over it). Fabulous countryside surrounding the house too and a very good breakfast the following morning.

Robin was so lovely- we really felt very much at home. Breakfast was delicious with home grown tomatoes, eggs from Robin’s chickens and delicious sausage and bacon.

Robin's place is in a lovely location in the country, surrounded by wildlife. Delicious breakfast was made with local produce. Host is very friendly and welcoming.
