Stay with Robin

Very welcoming hosts, lovely quiet setting and a nice breakfast.

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Robin & Marie were absolutely brilliant. We would highly recommend a stay with them. Their hospitality was second to none. Off the beaten track and was just the place to relax and unwind. We will definitely be going back. Well done Robin and Marie.

Being from Yorkshire and being renound for our tea drinking. The sleeping facilities could have done with the addition of tea or coffee facilities. We did find the evening meal very nice and good quality with a friendly chat with the hosts and other guest. This made us feel right at home and was a very personal touch. Thanks for this. Having a chance to reflect on our stay, we did think the evening meal was slightly over priced but this did not spoil our stay.

The location was well placed for us to see friends in nearby Cranleigh. It was also a beautiful, secluded location. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. We both had a great night's sleep.

Nothing. Nothing negative to write here. (Well, the only quibble is that extra pillows would have been good.)

Robin's property is a little piece of paradise - set in the most beautiful countryside but with access to the lovely counties of Surrey and Sussex and with fields teaming with wildlife and birdsong - it is an extraordinary place to stay. Ensuite bedroom was charming and breakfast was gorgeous and Rosie the cat is amazing - she almost talks.

I wished we could have stayed longer - Robin is a most interesting host with a great store of anecdotes and hilarious sense of humour.

Situation

Great location. A lovely house in the countryside. Robin is a nice host. The room is spacious and modern. The bed is comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere.

A kettle in the room with a choice of teas and coffees would have been appreciated and maybe some individually wrapped biscuits. The shower head is fixed to the wall and impractical to use. Overall a nice experience.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful location

The breakfast was amazing, a full english breakfast with fresh goose eggs, seated outside watching the deer walk past. The venue was ideally located for access to the places we needed to be. It was also really nice to unwind a bit. Robin is a fantastic host. There is also a great sculpture garden within walking distance down the lane.

I don't think there is anything I would change. Maybe an extra room so I could bring my whole family down?
