Holidayhouse Ostia - Maestrale

Good area, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Big apartment with 2 rooms and one lounge. Small balcony so you can hear the ocean. Calm safe area.

We had no rubbish-bags to leave the rubbish. The apartment was a bit cold (March24) no heatingsystem and no instructions to the electrical smal heater. Bathroom had a broken light and electricity seem a bit old and need repair. No airport transfer offered.

Owner didn't gave any information about the place or check-in until the booked date only when I asked for it and he rudely replied why would I though I could checked in earlier at the apartment while I was only asking for information becouse he gave none and I was not going to check-in earlier, only at night, I just needed to know the check-in procedure. The "tourist tax" charged was higher than the one previously described. He said in the house rules that he would charge a cleaning fee for any garbage left at the place, what is understandable, but he didn't left any garbage bag for us to use. He said if we used more gas that what he specified we would be charged an extra. The bathroom smelled bad and had a considerable amount of mold.

Good location close to the beach. Apartment was clean and comfy.

Location was perfect.

When we came, it was difficult to got to accomodation because host didn’t answer on our calls and messages, fortunetly after 20min of waiting in front of apartment (before midnight) he texted us.
