Issue with the hot water, advised host and took about 10 messages for them to agree to send a plumber. Plumber came and after visit, water was Luke warm rather than freezing. I couldn’t call the host to discuss so had to keep going with the messages. Just made it hard work, so once we had Luke warm water, we didn’t raise it again. Shame - not want you want in December!

The room was clean and as described

The constant upselling messages offering early checking for a cost, asking to leave money in the property for pets - which we don't have and needing to chase check-in details was very off putting

Exceptionally clean and outstanding location

A microwave would have been useful. Perhaps also some instructions on the facilities e.g. television (we do not have one at home) and most usefully the hot plate. We did not find it immediately obvious how to use it.

It was very clean. Lovely bathroom and kitchen area. Own parking space. Close to city. A few pubs nearby and places to eat

The awful smell from the drains. Did message Ewelina (contact) but never got a reply. Check in time was 16.00hrs. Arrived at 16.15 and cleaner still cleaning it. Asked to come back in an hour. Just took a walk around the area.

Excellent location, very clean and quiet

Fantastic location! Modern apartment with everything you could need for your stay there was even a washer dryer.

Could of done with a fan has it was very hot when we were there and we didn't want to have windows open at night has we were on the ground floor and at the back of the property there was a beer garden belonging to the pub next door it wasn't noisy it was just there was an alley way to the beer garden and also a car park which seem to be open all night
