The location was perfect 2 minute walk to the city walls, so perfect for getting to the city centre. Very clean and easy check in

The price

It really wasn’t suitable for myself and my 2 young daughters. It was located right next door to a busy pub beer garden which was full every night. The pub car park was basically outside of our window and there were construction vans, cycles etc parked right outside the window and even though it was hot we couldn’t open the windows or blinds for the noise and also lack of privacy. We had to wait until the pub closed at 11pm every night before we could go to bed. At the front of the apartment we had travellers on horses with traps meeting up on a night also making a lot of noise and making us a bit nervous and intimidated so we couldn’t open these windows or blinds either. The sofa bed was not fit for purpose as a bed, as soon as you moved it tipped you on to the floor! We then couldn’t sleep in on a morning either as we had a building site at the top of the road and they started working at 8.30 every morning. Finally the noise from the apartment above was ridiculous when they flushed the toilet it sounded like a shower on our ceiling. All in all we didn’t sleep well and it did spoil our holiday.
