South Downs Haven nr Petersfield and Goodwood

The accomdation was really clean inside and well presented. When we were lost the owner was extremely helpful with directions.

For us walking the south downs way the property felt too far along a windy road almost out of the village with no paths. Not the property fault but everything in the village was shut so we could not get food and walking had to resort to a greasy takeaway delivery. A good idea for walkers might be a charged pack of basic like bread and ham. The garden was overgrown and the general appearance for the price was a bit disappointing. We did manage to find a route back to the national trail from the door, this might be worth mentioning when other walkers book.

Great location easy access to A3 and Petersfield. Secluded location. Public footpath opposite which was great for walking the dogs. Great for a 2 night stay. Lovely shower room and toilet.

All good. Soap dispenser in the kitchen area and bathroom and washing up liquid were nearly empty. They did say to ask if I needed anything but because of us all being in and out I didn't see them

Very easy to find and enter the property - Key in lock box cozy apartment, nice and very clean. Good Sized bathroom and shower. Fresh flowers in the apartment

I Was unaware the train tracks where very close to the house - May have been advertised on the booking but I didn't see that

I had such a great time at the band rehearsal space last night. It was my first time really having the whole place to myself, and the atmosphere was perfect—calm, inspiring, and full of creative energy. I finally managed to focus properly and ended up creating some artwork during my session, which felt amazing. I’m honestly over the moon about it. There’s something really special about the artistic vibe there—I absolutely love it and can’t wait to go back.

The only slight downside is the location—it’s a bit far from shops if you’re on foot like I am. But aside from that, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even prepared a little jar of milk in the fridge, which was such a lovely touch. I absolutely love the artistic vibe there and can’t wait to go back.

Good bed … parking apart from the WiFi everything else was ok

All very comfortable with good facilities

Clean and nicely decorated Bed was comfortable. Shower was fine.

WiFi was so poor the tv wouldn't work there was no tv aerial. The heater was programmed to go on at set times meaning we were cold some of the time. Almost non existent phone signal.
