GBLovely cosy and comfortable little annex. It was spotlessy clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It is excellent value for money and much nicer than staying in a hotel room. There was a small jug of milk in the fridge for when we arrived so we could make a hot drink, which was a nice touch. Georgia was an excellent host and gave us directions on how to find the property as it is tucked out of the way along the lane. We found it very easily. A torch is needed at night as it is quite dark outside the annex. Our little dogs loved the countryside walks in the country park close by. We had a lovely nights stay and will definately return in the near future.
No microwave but we knew that before our stay. It did not bother us as used the oven for our meal.

ZWIt was separate from the main building, very bright inside, clean environment.
No microwave but that’s just a preference . There is no bath but a very lovely shower roomy inside.

Next to railway track with frequent trains. House name not on property so bit difficult to find .,directions said end of road but we came from SDW and thought we’d reached end of road in buriton ! Eventually worked it out but if house name had been on property would have been easier.

Das Bettzeug schien nicht gebügelt, man merkt, dass an der Renovierung noch einiges nachzubearbeiten ist. Die Lage ist für Wanderer des South Downs Ways sehr ungünstig. Auch das nächste Pub ist zu Fuß nur über eine für Fußgänger eher unangenehme Straße erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sah ich nicht.

GBLovely place with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. Host was lovely and room was very clean and newly decorated. Really close 5min drive to Petersfield. Nice and relaxing and felt like home.
Close to trainline but didnt really disturb. Quite a bright room if you struggle sleeping with some light. Maybe some black out curtain liners would help.
