It was such a relaxing place to stay and a great location. Easy walking distance to the main centre. The rooftop kitchen was a nice place to sit in the sun, see Misti -the volcano and cook our food. The owners were so lovely - very friendly, warm and welcoming. A great experience for us.

The wifi was a little slow.

Nothing, since we didn't even enter the hostel.

We had a booking made for a double room, we arrived for checking and were told there was no room available. Unbelievable. We had to leave and find another hostel with all our luggages. We haven't been charged fortunately, but it shows an obvious lack of organisation and professionalism.
