"Bad"

Worst place I ever stayed in my life.

Booking shower availability and check-in at 11am. In fact, the check-in was as 12pm only and I had to call them and wait for an hour. Then they didn't have vacancies and transferred me to their partner hostel Waikycha Hostel. Awful place, filthy and everything was broken, shower, sinks, water tabs. Kitchen was the worst - very very few utensils and everything broken or dirty.

"Nice stay"

The lady at the reception was really nice and the room was very spacious.

The location is not the one that appears in google maps but more distant to the centre, though not that much. The shower was kind of broken so you had to keep it in your hand while doing it, but still it was warm, which was nice.

"Comfortable, convenient stay near the centre"

Nice garden patio with seating area. Big windows in the room with plenty of natural light in the room. Comfortable bed with furniture to unpack your things in. Consistent hot water in the shower. Maria, the host, was welcoming. Decent kitchen for preparing meals. Quiet location within walking distance of the convent and main plaza.

Bathroom narrow and tricky to manoeuvre in. Toilet takes a long time to fill up with water after flushing. Towels small.The internet didn't work on our second day but we were told that was an issue across the city.
