"Great clean accommodation, lots of nice cosy touches,"

The location was great for what we needed, if we had stayed longer it would of been nice to of had a local.pub etc

The shower wasn't very powerful, the hot tub was great but as it didn't have a cleaning filter it wasn't great for more than 2 days

I would have given this property a 10 but the quality of the numerous pots and pans was really bad. All of them had the non stick coming off and we didn't want that in our food. Other than that it was perfect.

Cookware was is really bed condition. Unusable to be honest.

"Perfect start to our Easter Holidays!"

Beautiful house in a perfect location. We used the park and ride to get into York which was about 15 minutes away. The cottage was warm and cosy with great facilities; we chose to stay in and cook rather than go out so we could take advantage of the large garden and hot tub. I can't fault the property and the hosts were so lovely and helpful. They were always on hand to answer questions, they made sure we had everything we needed and the welcome book was really useful as we hadn't been to York before. I would highly recommend this for a weekend or even longer. We had the best time.
