The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all polite. The food was very good. We had a couple of evening meals in the restaurant where the waitress.(Princy) looked after us and made our evenings excellent.

Could be very busy at weekend with the noise that goes along with that but once in room, we heard nothing so not a problem for us but if don’t like the weekend groove , maybe not for you !

Primarily location as we have used the royal yacht before

It’s out dated needs a revamp There should be a priority for residents who stay at the hotel unable to get a seat or table

Great second stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. When I requested an ironing board and an iron, these were brought up straight away and remained for my stay. Breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in this type of hotel, so keep up the good work!

The bathroom could do with being bigger, but on the plus side, the shower itself was amazing
