The Location is brilliant. The staff on the front desk were hilarious and very helpful and knowledgeable. The room with a balcony was really nice.

Nothing really, maybe housekeeping need to up their game as standards looked like they were dropping, the finishing touches were missing.

Room was great with lovely aircon during the heatwave we were having and the outside space from the room a plus. Staff were efficient and friendly, especially in the restaurant Zephyr. Location perfect with a very good bus service to other places on the island and the high street with various shops. Everywhere clean and tidy inside the hotel and surrounding areas.

Breakfast was ok but the eggs were tasteless. Tea and toast took forever and we had nearly finished a hot breakfast before it arrived. Any style of egg was cooked on demand which is good however the waiting queue was in the way of the other buffet selections.
