Location.

Our room was small with a VERY small double bed. Hotel facilities were good but the room itself was small and needed a decorating refresh.

Emplacement idéal pour un court séjour car proche de la gare maritime et du centre ville : nous avons tout fait facilement a pied

Nous étions logés dans la partie ancienne du bâtiment : les sols grincent énormément (moquette sur parquet a priori) et la fenêtre donne sur un patio ; la salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais très petite

Great location

Silver rooms are very expensive for what they are. Staff in the bar(particularly the head waiter) was very rude and not accommodating, he told one of our guys off for moving one chair from a table without asking him. He asked the people sat at the table it came from. He also told us off for asking for more tables to add to ours. We were a group of 25 and so more people were coming. He was very unfriendly and non-accommodating. Also couldn’t get in the club without paying £30. Seems a bit daft it was 1pm.

All the Staff were friendly and helpful, some even rembered us from a stay 4 months ago. Restaurants are competitively priced and excellent Service and quality. Breakfast Buffet

The UHT milk cartons for making tea, tastes horrible. Reception Team sent a small jug of fresh milk to our room.

Great location, close to the centre of St Helier and the sea. Excellent breakfast.

The room was opposite the internal staff services room, so was a bit noisy even at 10pm.
