Mel Haven Motel

No breakfast provided. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

The room smelled of mold. The beds were awful. The motel is completely outdated. The towels never dried.

Room was clean and comfortable

Furniture is dated. Exterior of buildings and parking lot needs work. Motel has the appearance of a run down facility.

Room was large, bed was good but more firm than I'm used to. Bathroom was good, AC unit was loud, especially when the compressor cut on. A good value, the exterior presentation could be better.

The room was very clean and very spacious. We had the double queen. It had all the amenities we needed: microwave, fridge, coffee maker and best part there is a exhaust in the restroom. Most hotels now don’t have that anymore. Property is conveniently located to Manitou Spgs, old Colorado City and Colorado Spgs. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, even made sure the room was to our liking. Again it was really clean. Will stay again.

Nothing. Looks can be deceiving. It is an older property but it’s still a great place to stay.

Easy access, very friendly staff, room was very clean and tidy, the kitchenette was well stocked.
