It’s an old building with new amenities. Fantastic room, very big for motel. The bathroom was small, but very clean and newly appointed. Ted is a wonderful host!

The room was very clean and cozy! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is central to Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. We totally enjoyed our stay here.

The outside is misleading as it is a little dingy.
