The Coach House

It's a very convenient location and I had a good welcome. Also very affordable.

I'm not keen on the smell from the kitchen. Also I needed to be reassured about the bathroom not being accessible to other guests

The location is very good and the second bed was quite comfortable

The room and bathroom were very dirty. I asked to be moved to a cleaner room. the second room was a bit better but the bottom of the toilet was still quite dirty and I found some used earplugs on the side of the bed. It felt really unsanitary.

Location was really good. Bed was comfortable. Staff cooked Thai food which was unreal and they were very friendly and accommodating.

The stairs were a bit mad.

Lovely simple guest house. Amazing location. Big clean bathroom and bedroom. Very quiet considering the location. Private bathroom is next to bedroom rather then ensuite which we didn't mind. Rooms are very big and bright and clean. Parking right outside for £5 a day, which is a great extra.

Slightly dated decor wise throughout, but bathroom was huge and freshly painted. Internet and reception around Canterbury seemed impossible to find, so communicating with host was easier by phone rather then via message.

Locatie is geweldig. Parkeren voor de accommodatie is super en £ 5.00 per dg.echt. een "ouderwets" ,inclusief scheve vloeren, guest house. Geweldige family room met een aparte, hele grote, badkamer

Matrassen kunnen vervangen worden.

The smell and worn felling entering and going up the stairs. Carpets smelt old and stale
