I did not sleep there, on my arrival they told me that they were fully booked. I had to look for the other accommodation. Poor service

I didn’t not get to stay as I was told it is full but I was charged and are not reimbursed even though they didn’t make any means to get me a place and also when I call the phone rings and goes straight to voicemail.
