Your tv wasn't working at all I complained to a girl who was there, she was saying the will call someone to assist but no one was coming till we left

On arrival the lady had to verify with her boss via WhatsApp while I was standing outside waiting for her to get confirmation even after I had showed her my proof. First room allocation had a bad and smelly carpet. The second room allocated after I complained was close to the kitchen and had openings because they used cardboard to close the old kitchen table . All the cooking smells went to the room. I had to find another accommodation. The lady was very loud on her phone. The place is more of Airbnb.

The carpets in the bedroom. I suffer from allergies so I can't deal with fitted carpet.
