"Great stay"

The room was super comfortable and really spacious. It was very clean and the host had provided everything to make the stay comfortable. It's close to the Manchester Piccadilly station so it was easy to access and Anna had given really clear instructions to enter the property.

It was perfect for my visit to the Apollo Theatre. The room was basic but more than sufficient..

I wasn't quite sure if I was comfortable in that particular district and other people warned me about "undesirables" who frequented the area... I also found it quite difficult to find...but I'm not very technical so anyone who can use a decent phone app would probably have no problems...

"Decent location and price"

Location is decent, the room itself is quite big and I liked there was a kettle and coffee and tea ready.

While the location is good, I didn't feel particularly safe in that neighbourhood as a single woman. That could just be me.

"Clean and quite"

The room was lovely—clean, well-equipped, and easily accessible. The host was very responsive, and everything I needed was provided. Just a heads-up: there’s no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage might be a bit of a challenge. The property is on the first floor of the building, and the room is located upstairs inside the house. That said, everything else was great—quiet, comfortable, and a very pleasant stay overall!

"Cute little place, perfect for 02 Apollo gigs"

The room was really comfortable and clean. It has everything you need and it's a fantastic location for the 02 academy. There's a Tesco express over the road and you're not far from Manchester city centre. The bed is super comfy. The sound travels a lot so if you're a light sleeper, take earplugs. Or if you're shy about being heard, maybe choose somewhere else, but overall I thought it was a great value place.

Needed more than one coffee sachet because the neighbour woke me up coming in early hours and trying to get into my room by accident. She'd had a good night. 😆
