"Misleading, and completely unsatisfactory. My girlfriend cris when we saw the room."

The location, and price

They lied in the description of the room. It was supposed to be a 224sq ft queen deluxe suite. I was given a small 124sq ft dirty room that did not match the photos they used to depict the room I reserved. It was also full of loud disruptive customers that appeared to live there full time. The bed was stained, the towels were also stained and smelled unclean.

The staff were excellent.

I had no hot water, the tub didn't plug so I couldn't take a bath, and the radiator heater in our room popped a gasket and blew steam all over our room. This resulted in everything getting wet and damp. It was also very loud and made us feel unsafe.
