Very old and dirty hotel. Very strong bad smell

Coffee maker did not work, holes in doors, walls were dirty.

It was a place to sleep for a few hours, location, quiet.

I had the worst experience, i had paid for 9 nights in all, cause i had to check up my daughter and i needed to change the room because we were very tight when we were about to sleep, and the woman i think was named Emily, she was very mean. She didn’t help at all! Now we have to sleep tight for 6 nights. In the meantime , 2 rooms were available online and i need now to leave at 6 oct. I reserved another hotel for the other last 3 nights. I DON’T recommend this hotel!! The people that worked here as cleaners were very nice people though.

Location was good. Near subway and near breakfast spots. But very end of the train line, so be ready to commute an hour home after a day out... Price was okay. Can't stay I liked much else. Not that important but TV was broken, on the outside it looked big and nice, but when you turn it on and try to watch something it would have a static screen.

I didn't like how dirty it was, pet hair was in the room, looked like the room used to be someone's apartmetn studio and they moved everything out for a hotel. There were broken hangers, they didn't provide towels, bathroom was pretty dirty. If you book through this hotel, go for the airbnb option because those seem to be vastly different (my friends booked thru airbnb and had a different room, looked a lot cleaner, no pet hair etc. When I asked for a towel they said no one was on site so they couldn't give one to me. Used hair dryer one night it made the fuse blow and we had no eletricity for a few hours too.

I didn’t stay because the door couldn’t open and I didn’t like the place. I canceled the order but until now they don’t reimburse the money

The facilities were black mold infested, the bathroom was unclean, unsafe due to black mold growing and water stains on the ceiling with no paint in a repaired area that was developing water damage already. The room smelled so fowl that we could only stay 1 of the three days we stayed. The host barely answered and ignored our request for a refund even though they said that they would inquire about a refund. I have sent them pictures and now they have stopped answering entirely. The pictures on booking.com were in actuality not as advertised and the place we got is not at all what was on your website.

l'accueil, à l'arrivée personne pas du tout aimable !!!! bâtiment moyennement refait à neuf parquet au sol je vous laisse imaginer le bruit au dessus de nos têtes !!! surtout à 2 heures du mat et tous les soirs !! 50 minutes de trajet pour aller à New-York...bof !!
