Cleanliness and location

The location was great and that’s about it

I voiced my concern about a couple, cleanliness issues, and the owner was very rude, and tried to make excuses when I was merely telling them that there was some hairs under the sheet and also fingernail clippings on the ground, and also showed him pictures, and he tried to make excuses and was very rude and also the air conditioner had black mold, and he wanted to wait until the next day to clean it, but I Got somebody from the towers to clean it because it was a health issue and concern for my family and I did not want to wait. And that’s very unacceptable. And also the advertisement said there was a washing machine, but there was no washing machine as shown in the pictures, so that was false advertisement.

Lots of space, vanity mirror for Fiancé to use for makeup, good water pressure and temperature. Practically everything we needed.

The filtered water container was empty when we got there. The host gave us a phone number and said "for safety reasons I can't have it filled for you." We called the number 3 times a day for 3 days and never got a response. Just bought smaller filtered water bottles from the mall's grocery store. The faucet for the kitchen sink isn't secured so you have to hold it in place to turn the water on and off, or change the temp. The shower head could use replacing. There was no spatula, so we made do with one of those white "studded" and curved rice scoopers. I don't believe there were tongs either.

I recently stayed at this property and found several aspects highly satisfactory. The location is excellent, situated conveniently beside the mall, which made shopping and dining incredibly accessible. The room itself was spacious, providing ample space to move around and relax. I appreciated the completeness of the kitchen utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the additional amenities, such as the extra bed and convertible couch, added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.

One downside was the lack of free parking

Its clean, inside the mall, very convenient, with Netflix, hot and cold shower, cold fridge and the bed is so relaxing.

There is no cover sheet and blanket for the extra bed. Sometimes hot shower is not working.

I love everything about the property. Location, very short walk to the mall u just have to cross the street. Very clean, host was very nice always making sure u have a comfortable stay.
