The beds weren’t very comfortable, and I noticed some small brown stains on the wall near the toilet, which was quite unpleasant.

Really spacious and great location (walking distance to Cardiff town centre). Handy to have included parking. Two bathrooms and big living/dining room. Perfect for two couples staying for a Christmas get away. Friendly staff in the shop where you get the keys and was updated throughout via the app with quick replies.
Car parking was a little tight (we have a long car so struggled to fit in the space) but just nit picking because the rest of the stay was perfect

Good location, spacious with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and property was pretty clean. Nice to have some basic kitchen items and shampoo etc if needed. Communication was speedy
The key collection and drop of was not great, also one set of keys was restrictive. There was a noise that went all night like an extractor fan which disturbed sleep. Winter duvet was comfortable but very hot. There are some basic repairs that need to be completed.
