Very small rooms. Location little far from city centre

Very close to the centre and good location to walk back from a concert in the Principality Stadium. Clean and functional.

Nothing specific to mention. The check out process wasn’t clear. A section could be added in advance. In the end the property owner/manager accommodated us leaving but it was in advance of any information conveyed.

The apartment is very central and very secure. It's lovely and clean and has great Wifi. The car parking space was ideal. Collection of keys is just around the corner and the host was very responsive.

Collecting the keys was easy enough, but I wasn’t prepared for the security deposit required to access them. As someone with limited time, I didn’t get through the many emails explaining this, so it came as a surprise and delayed things. While I understand the policy, the process felt time-consuming and not ideal for busy travellers. I unfortunately couldn't book again for that reason.

Clean, plenty of space for 2 couples to share. Only a few minutes from the city centre. Has all the little things that you might think would be looked over, like tea, coffee, cleaning stuff, dish washer tablets etc.

You collect the keys from a shop close by, but it’s on the way and not that much of an issue.

Near to the theatre, clean and had car parking.

That you had to the collect the keys from elsewhere. We forgot to bring milk so couldn’t have a cup of tea after a long drive, but being really picky now!

Location great for our visit to see a show at the millennium centre in Cardiff bay, within easy walking distance. A great bonus to have a safe place to park the car. Apartment very clean and tidy, with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely comfortable beds. Would recommend.
