Das Go Boutique Inn war rundum perfekt. Jumel hat unseren Aufenthalt über Weihnachten unvergesslich gemacht! Ob das spontan organisierte Weihnachtsessen, ein Taxi zum Flughafen oder ein Lächeln zu jeder Tageszeit, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder!

Stort härligt rum. Skön säng. Bra frukost och middag. Jomel och hans team är väldigt noga att du ska trivas och de hjälper till med allt man behöver. Bästa boendet hittills i Filippinerna.

The size of the rooms they are enormous well laid out, spotlessly clean and modern. The staff are exceptional, helpful and very friendly and considerate. Five Star. Spent 2 months prior in Japan and Taiwan nothing compares... the Healthy Breakfast bowl (huge) of mixed fruit granola and yoghurt every morning was amazing...

Wszystko nowe, czyste i pachnące. Bardzo wygodne duże łóżko. Personel bardzo pomocny i chętnie doradzający. Dobre śniadania, zwłaszcza healthy bowl 😉

Très déçu. J’ai choisi cet hôtel en pensant être au calme, isolé, mais ma chambre donnait directement sur la rue avec un vacarme de motos dès 4h30 du matin. Le petit déjeuner n’a rien arrangé : un fruit visiblement avarié nous a envoyés directement aux toilettes. J’ai aussi demandé à recharger ma voiture, comme je le fais régulièrement dans d’autres hôtels où cela se fait avec plaisir et sans frais. Ici, le manager m’a réclamé un minimum de 500 pesos, uniquement en espèces, alors qu’il s’agissait simplement de 5 kW (soit environ 55 pesos). Finalement, on m’a même refusé la charge. J’ai voulu parler de tout cela au manager, mais à 9h du matin il dormait encore. Aucune réponse ni retour de sa part. Ayant aussi voulu remonter ces désagréments au gérant (belge), on m’a refusé tout contact. Expérience franchement désagréable, je ne recommande pas. Very disappointing. I booked this hotel expecting peace and quiet, but my room was right on the street with unbearable motorbike noise starting at 4:30 am. Breakfast made things worse: one of the fruits was clearly spoiled and sent us straight to the bathroom. I also asked to charge my car, something every other hotel has always allowed me to do gladly and free of charge. Here, the manager demanded a minimum of 500 pesos, cash only, even though I only needed 5 kW (around 55 pesos). In the end, they flatly refused to let me charge at all. I tried to talk to the manager about all this, but at 9 am he was still asleep. No reply, no follow-up whatsoever. When I also attempted to raise these issues with the Belgian owner, I was denied any contact. A thoroughly unpleasant experience – definitely not recommended.
