Jumel, was the best in all around, took care of us in all our requests and needs while we stayed in the hotel. This was a 5 star hotel In every way.

It was in a location that was behind a hardware store. Once found, never wanted to leave.

The staff, facilities and food were all incredible. We had dinner here both nights and we couldn’t recommend enough. It is the perfect oasis to unwind. The staff could not have been any better, so lovely!!!

The location is slightly out of town, but we used the two nights as relaxation. We booked the underground tour through the hotel and they were able to organise taxis for us. Very helpful staff!

The hotel was beautifully decorated my room was very large and super comfortable with extra,s like tea and coffee available at all times . The food was amazing with a good choice for breakfast. An evening meal can be prepared by Jomel was amazing especially the tuna steak with mango salsa the food was the best I’ve had in the Philippines. What really makes this hotel different is the staff who cannot do enough to make you welcome . A huge shout out to Jomel for giving me a home away from home for my 3 night stay .

I loved this property . It is a way out of town but travel agencies pick up from here for tours

Best thing was the bed, Sink didn't work, weak shower pressure, other then that it was fine..

The staff were lovely and seamlessly arranged airport transfer for us. They were even willing to get up and make us breakfast and we had to leave by 4am for our flight. Service was just exceptional. Easy to get taxi into town, short ride away. They have their own service for this and it is reasonably priced. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Really beautiful place.

Great pool - very clean The whole property felt new and cared for. It was pristine. My room was huge with a separate eating area, fridge, balcony, AC, fan The food was amazing and a really good price. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.

Not so much didn’t like it but there was a marked contrast between being in the hotel and going out into a local village directly outside. The location was outside of the centre but there was a shopping mall close by.

Wow, what a beautiful place!! The room was exceptional with lots of little details. Jumel and the staff were friendly and helpful with things to do in Puerto Princesa. Great breakfast also

This place should really be a 5 star hotel. Amenities were on point, food, cocktails and rooms. Even down to the detail of giving you ear plugs so the local roosters don’t wake you up! Super clean, a little out of main area which was exactly what we needed. You could also rent scooter from property. Biggest thank you to Jumel and the staff for making our stay so perfect! Jumel knows so much about the island and has an answer for everything! He’s so knowledgeable and importantly makes an amazing pina colada!!

A relatively new place well designed and with a great pool. I am not a pool person, but stayed in this pool for about 2 hours. Rooms are spacious, great kitchen area, bedroom well designed. Staff super friendly and really helpful.
