Bathroom grout needs attention

The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. The room are decorated with taste, extremely clean and the swiming pool area is gorgeous and great for chilling. All of our needs were answered, and the whole staff made our stay very pleasant. Organizing our pick up from the airport and our transport for the next day seamlessly. We could not recommend enough this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was great and the bed very comfy Jomel was a great host he took great care of us, helped with the excursions and his food was wonderful we decided to have all of our diners in the hôtel .

Jumel was a great host, he helped us with everything, organized motorcycle and taxi , served drinks and prepared an amazing breakfast, he was kind and loves what he is doing

Just a bit loud from the streets , but it is common in the Philippines , they provide earplugs

Everything! The food was 10/10 and the facilities were new and clearly well cared for. A lovely couple of days in puerto princessa spent here!

Brilliant service, huge value for money, perfect for a one-night and probably also a two-night stay. Matches pictures perfectly, may even be better irl.

They don’t take card at the bar but that’s it.

The only thing that needs updating was the pathways around the property, but inside made up for it.
