At first night, I couldn’t find pillow cases and one comforter has no inner sheet and I can’t find where all sheets stores till 2nd day. Also first night we couldn’t find stuff to adjust heater. We find it on 2nd day

This property was so perfect! My friends and I stayed for a ski trip and we will definitely be looking into staying here again next year! When I called, the owner answer immediately and was incredibly kind and the property itself was a great size and very clean! Overall best stay we’ve had near Banner Elk, especially for the price!

The only thing that was confusing was the air conditioning and washer and dryer. They’re not difficult but it just took us a while to figure out. But this did not take away from the property at all.

"Excellent price, not too far away from activities in the area, close to town with shops and food."

Very affordable compared to other places in the area. Location was also good, close to the skiing. Host responded quickly to questions.

No coffee, no scrub pad for washing the dishes, no bath soap, shampoo. Not sure if I should expect those things like in a hotel.

This house was near hiking trails that we planned to take. The house was spacious, well-furnished, and quiet.

The stairway to the second floor was a little narrow.
