Ryuo Park Hotel

Except the staff cant speak English which we can use translate app to communicate. The rest all good

The direction to the hotel is very confused...

Staff were very helpful with everything including my delayed snowboard delivery problem. I appreciate it a lot. Hotel is inside the Ryuo Ski Park and very convenient for snowboarding. Also, I loved the view from my room facing the slopes.

There is a public pool. It is ski in, ski out.

Extremely dangerous to get to hotel entrance in the winter. My husband fell walking up steep icy hill to entrance. Parking is a great distance below the hotel, you’ll have to carry your bags and hike up 15-20 minutes. Magic carpet is only one way and it stops running at 4:30. Everything is old at this place. Rooms that say they can hold 6 are extremely small. The elevator closed on my son - it has no safety sensors. We messaged the property prior to arrival, but they were unresponsive. No English at the front desk.
