NOT accessible by car during winter season!! We had to walk up a snow-covered slope WITH our luggage at night after parking the car at the hotel lot at the bottom

staff were very accommodating. clean place. ski access. free shuttle to yudanaka station.

the room doesn’t have a bathroom so you really have to use the bath house. every time you use it its 500¥ , 300¥ for towels. i just feel like bathhouse should be included in the room rate since they don’t have a private bathroom. - you can ask the staff to heat your food in the 2nd floor. no microwave in the room

The location, the dinner and the bath

No drying room at a ski accomodation! This meant we had to pump the heater to try to dry our ski gear, not ideal.

Ski Park near the hotel has walkalator

1. Our room is on 5th floor Elevator not working, so terrible even if there are assitance still u need to help with luggages. 2. Food is not good 3. Everything has charge onsen bath, towel etc 4. No assistance or endorsement for arrangement for ski packaging 1 luggage was left by the courier. 5. Smells drainage on waiting area. 6. Ski rental is a bit far. 7. Sharing of bathroom.
