The rooms were extremely dirty, the owner was rude and asked for payment upfront right when we came to the property. The washrooms were dirty and also smelly, when we asked for the bathrooms to be cleaned, they said it cannot be done. Please avoid this property, they are not ready to run a hotel yet!

Breakfast was chilled and no tea was served. Location is good and can be managed with more professionalism.

like they just cancel my booking and gave the room for higher rates to some third person

if their rooms were under repair. why did they take the booking and cheated . that to later hour at night. manager is a hopeless person to talk with.

Only the location at it is on the main road.

Stay attitude was rude, no facilities, no help, no amenities. They provided the bedsheet in worst condition and upon ask no response. No one was there on reception. No one was there to serve breakfast. They were denying to serve breakfast also. Upon ask still bad attitude.

Restaurent below the guesthouse and Sagar Sweet shop and Tea shop just across the road. The manager changed our room to a more spacious one, and gave us an extra pillow and blanket

Management of entry and exit from the guesthouse should be improvfed. We had informed that we would like to leave at 6-00 AM. But there were two locks, and no one to open them. We were banging the locks for around 20 minutes. Then we took a change and knocked in Room 101. There was a caretaker sleeping inside, who had the keys. The number of the caretaker was written OUTSIDE the locked door, so we could not read it. It should be better managed. Someone could have missed their flighjt or train because of this issues !

The whole hotel was unclean, the bedsheets were unclean , the floor was unclean. The washroom was bad. The whole room was compact and had no space. The pictures shown on the site here are not at all true. Don't don't go to this place. Additionally, it has a lot of negative vibes. Money wasted

The room was good... Spacious and clean... Whatever food was available was good resonable rates.....

Bad toilets and bathroom too small size... No proper breakfast timing given and no proper breakfast... In morning no tea.... Staff is very uncooperative... Owner doesn't let u enter u til u have paid up.... Compulsury aadhar card has to be given..... Even when u have booked for two days they come and ask again and again are u checking out.... Very wage behaviour of the staff and owner... Owner seems to be new in the business.... Menu of food is of 10 pages but when u ask they say not available... Room wasn't cleaned for the next day even when told to clean... Towels very not so clean....
