Everything from check in to check out ,I booked for 2 days but I end up staying for only 1 night ,shower was out of order ,aircon was leaking ,lights were damaged ,smelly Made me wait 30 mins for check in ,no staff ,no water no toothbrush This hotel being listed on booking.com is shame

The reception staff were very slow. I waited almost half an hour to settle the room even though I had already paid through Booking.com. After getting the key, I still had to wait another 10 minutes because the room wasn’t ready. When I slept at night, the room next door was noisy the whole night, so I couldn’t sleep except for only about 2 hours. Very frustrating!
