The reception staff were very slow. I waited almost half an hour to settle the room even though I had already paid through Booking.com. After getting the key, I still had to wait another 10 minutes because the room wasn’t ready. When I slept at night, the room next door was noisy the whole night, so I couldn’t sleep except for only about 2 hours. Very frustrating!

MYHonestly, the room is clean, tidy, beautiful, but my toilet has leaking pipes & shower water. So for me it's a waste, the bed is comfortable but the environment is noisy, sleeping can be startled. I want to criticize the lights on the left and right sides of the bed, it's better to look up again @ install the bedside lights that are attached to the wall, because the existing lights are easy to knock over. Huhu. The staff is ok, friendly. Thank you for the good staff. Parking is suitable. Thank you for the good service. Hopefully we will see you again
MYMYMYThe location is strategic
I'm booking for deluxe room with no water at morning, so noise at outside from 10pm to 5am. My room have a window that very near with the hotel sign so the light go through the window and it so annoying bright 😭 the wifi is so slow but OK la still can connect. Sorry seed hotel I'm not gonna stay here for 2nd time. 😕
