"Overall stay was horrible. When asked for a better room staff declined."

The location was great.

The shower was dirty. There was a bug in the bathroom. The bedding was horrible. The sheets didn’t stay on and the mattress was dirty. The was not sheets or blankets for the sofa bed.

The front desk concierge was very friendly, polite and attentive. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was warm and inviting.

The breakfast left very few options for those who are lactose intolerant and didn't want a sugar and processed food laden breakfast (cheese scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal, etc). Not great choices for those with sensitive stomachs.
