Room was nice, clean comfortable

No bath towels! Had to ask the desk clerk to find some as no house keeping staff on site. No linens nor pillows for the pullout. Didn’t get any until 7:00 pm the second nite. ( requested at 6 am) Soaps, shampoos etc are in community bottles. No telling who used them previously nor what they may have put in them.

I liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel

Location is central to shopping and restaurants in Largo.

The hotel staff were rude and incompetent. Did not facilitate an efficient check in process resulting in the charging of wrong cards and multiple holds. Hotel halls were hot and humid; they ran out of towels delaying check out for more than 10 guest; never received a room cleaning which likely informed the lack of towels; AC barely worked ; there were ants in the bathrooms. Ruined our visit for a family wedding.
