La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare la zona. La cucina è ben attrezzata e c’è anche la lavatrice e dryer gratuita. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene e la struttura è in generale pulita.

L’accesso è un po’ complicato, con molte scale e non facile da trovare la prima volta. Il bagno è in comune e spesso c’è da aspettare per utilizzarlo. Le tende non sono oscuranti, quindi entra molta luce al mattino, e si sentono rumori provenire dall’attività commerciale al piano inferiore.

Location, price, nice rooms and spaces.

To many cameras - being filmed in kitchen and living room, not functional kitchen (little equipment), nice place if you just wanna sleep.

The accommodation was clean and very well equipped – the kitchen had a fridge, a water filter for both cold and hot water, and a device for disinfecting drinking bottles. The accommodation was in the form of an apartment with about four separate rooms, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom. What’s great is that we didn’t need any keys – everything works with a code that the owner sends in a message, which means check-in is possible at any time.

What’s not ideal is that the doors to the individual rooms aren’t very soundproof, so if someone is in the hallway and speaking loudly, it’s quite easy to hear.

Me gustó que nadie me molestaba ni interrumpía..además la amabilidad del dueño excelente!

Lo único que se me complicó fue subir mis maletas por las escaleras pero no es algo que le concierne al dueño porque es un edificio.

Lage

Die Wohnung hat stark gestunken, sodass ich den Aufenthalt abbrechen und Alternativ-Unterkunft buchen musste. Die Wohnung war einigermaßen sauber jedoch war das Treppenhaus stark dreckig und hat ebenso schlecht gerochen.

Great value for money. Not far from the station!

Il n’y a pas de lit double. C’est un simple un peu plus grand. Convient pour une personne, pas 2. Proprio très peu sympa, service client Booking inexistant

Lo único la ubicación

Compartir un único lavabo con 3 habitaciones, subir 3 o 4 pisos cargada con maleta sin ascensor, colchón muy incómodo y un poco sucia la sábana. El que nos reservó ni lo Vimos.

Tout est bien expliqué, on est pas perdu lorsqu’on arrive. Il y a tout l’équipement dont on a besoin, lave linge, cuisine, sèche cheveux et ventilateur. De plus, le logement est bien situé dans Séoul. À ce prix là n’hésitez pas à y aller.

Pour ma part ce n’est pas dérangeant mais la douche et les toilettes sont communes aux autres chambres.
