La chaleur dans les espaces partagés sans clim et les escaliers pour accéder à l’appartement.

Super logement très bien situé tout près du dongdaemun design plaza. Le métro est juste à côté, il y a de quoi faire des courses et manger à deux pas. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits avec nos 2 enfants, dans deux chambres différentes. Super rapport qualité prix.

Recomendo! Eu e a minha filha gostamos muito do quarto, fica num sitio perto de tudo.. Sossegado, sem problemas nenhuns.. Espero voltar em breve a Coreia e voltar a ficar aqui.. Obrigado ☺️

Ubytovanie je v dobrej lokalite, blízko stanice metra. K dispozícii je zdarma práčka a sušička.

Ubytovanie je na 4 poschodí bez výťahu. Schodisko bolo strašne špinavé. Izba bola veľmi malá, posteľ bola malá pre 2 ľudí. Chcela som si vyložiť veci do šuflíkov, bolo tam plno prachu a špiny. Musela som ich najprv vyčistiť. Uteráky zapáchali, boli zatuchnuté. Napriek tomu, že sme vetrali, v izbe bol tiež stále zápach. A kúpeľňa bola moja nočná mora. Okolo WC a všetky silikónové okraje boli celé plesnivé. Bolo by to treba vydezinfikovať. Hlavne aj preto, že sa tam vystrieda veľmi veľa ľudí. A najväčší problém bol, že hneď prvú noc ako som išla na WC som tam našla 2 obrovských chrobákov. Asi švábov. Veľmi som sa toho bála, jeden utiekol do spoločnej izby. Potom som každý krát išla do tej kúpeľne so strachom čo tam zase nájdem. Asi tretí deň som pod práčkou videla ďalšieho chrobáka. Takže toto ubytovanie bolo pre nás obrovským sklamaním.

The geographic location is central and near the bus and metro station.

The room is situated on the 4th floor with no elevator, the main entrance and the stairs are dirty and it seems no one in the house is responsible for it. There is a shared bathroom for 4 rooms without a separate shower. The room allocated to us was small, the bed was too small for a couple and there was a mold smell and mold in the room. The AC was not working properly.

Look and size of the room and property, lots of facilities and helpful/useful items, free laundrette, location, cold water dispenser, right next to transport and convenience store

Joint bathroom but was aware of it, stairs coming in & out are steep, could use more pillows and softer duvets

This place is in amazing location, it is near the restaurant, pub, and very near with the Sindang Station (good for you to go around the city by subway), near the bus stop (very convenience to catch a bus), and it also very near with the convenience store (to buy some small stuff). I think the location is worth every penny. And the most amazing things that it has kitchen with full amenities (microwave, cooker,etc ), washing machine, dryer, and even the washing powder, and shampoo, etc which will support a lot of you aren't familiar with Korea food or stay for a long period and want to wash your clothes. My room is also very clean. While I stay here, I can just simply go out and walk a little bit and I can find a very crowed street with full of restaurant, etc,... The host is also supportive; you can contact him if you have any question. But my bed is for one person (because I'm travel alone), so I dont know if you travel by couple, maybe you should ask the host for the room of 2 person-bed. And the soundproof is not so good (I think it's same as the house in UK, the soundprood always not so good), but during my stay, other guests are very quiet, so I find no disturb or noisy.

There are 2 things that you should keep in mind if you choose this place, one is the 4th floor. You should aware that you will climb 4 floors without a lift. And despite the house is clean and ok, the building and the stair seems a little bit old and *dark* (just a little bit). I have problem with my back, and I'm travel alone (and a girl) so the 4th floor is a minus for me, but I still happy with this place. And the second is only 1 bathroom, so you should arrange your time to use it, actually i have no problem using the bathroom while stay there.

it's really Center of seoul . it was easy to visit most of tourist spot. it's was really clean inside.
