"Quirky hotel in a historic building"

This is a quirky hotel in a historic building in the town. Great location overlooking the river. The welcome and service were great. Our host couldn't be more helpful.

The entrance and lobby area aren't that inviting and the building is in need of some investment. Though the lack of Aircon was pointed out to us on arrival we really would have enjoyed having that as it was hot when we stayed.

"If you liked the hotel in the movie “the shining” this is the place to be!"

Room was clean and the bed was good, the shower provided hot water…

Room was located near the chimney of the local deep fry shop….noise and fail smells filled the room. The rest of the hotel was completely neglected and dilapidated.
