Overall good experience

The hotel has a good location, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning were decent. I also appreciated that they did not charge extra for keeping our luggage.

However, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was pathetic, and there was no room service available. The geyser water was giving electric shocks, and even after complaining, the issue was not fixed because a technician was unavailable. There were insects in the room, and the rooms were also very small.

It was manageable to stay for a day.

The staff were very slow to understand when we asked for a dustbin. We had to ask them thrice at different times. The washroom jet came off when water was turned on. Room is too congested and no space to walk around comfortably. And staff needs more training. The guy at the reception never looks with a smile. He stares strangely. And once I took coke from their fridge and was having sitting at the reception itself. He was so impatient that he asks midway if I am paying now. I think I must have stayed in over 100 hotels in my lifetime and never saw someone so impatient to ask for payment while the guest is sitting right in front and having a coke.
