Location little far away from RLY and BUS stand. Matress was good but covering bed sheets were dusty. my extension was declined, receptionist was rude, several times he had made annoying calls asking us to vacate the room, this was inspite of my request to extend the room as i was on tour. i had to drop my tour plan, come back and vacate at 11AM sharp. Visitors be aware of this Nuisance.

Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and you can take 5mins auto travel to bus stand and ps4 restaurant.

Location is nearer to bar.. Whether some may like some may not..apart from that stay is good .

What we didn’t like about the staff’s behavior: We booked for 3 nights (16th, 17th, and 18th). Due to a train delay, we checked in on the 17th morning at 4:30 AM. Before arriving, I had already informed them by phone about the late arrival, and they agreed. However, when we reached the property, they changed their decision and charged an extra RS 500 for early check-in. This was a very disappointing experience. I lost one day’s rent and still had to pay an additional RS 500. I don’t understand the logic behind this. Also, one staff member’s behavior was completely unacceptable and rude. Please improve your customer service.

The location was good.

On booking. Com it said, the room has a balcony, mountain view, garden view, coffee, tea with electric kettle. Plus free breakfast. I didnot get any of that, I was rather charged extra for the breakfast. And they said that it's booking.com's fault for not changing the details. And that, I can go find another guest house if this is pricey. About the room, the remote the didnot work most of the time, the exhaust fan in the washroom was broken. It was disappointing.
