The location of hotel is comfortable. we can easily reach the hotel by auto/cab.

The experience was very disappointing from the beginning. Upon arrival, the bathroom jet spray in our room was not working, which caused inconvenience, especially for my wife. Although it was later fixed after informing the staff, the initial experience was very uncomfortable. The hotel had a serious mosquito issue, with mosquitoes present in the room, lobby, and other areas, making the stay unpleasant. I was travelling with my baby daughter, and she vomited on the bed. Before stepping out, I specifically requested the manager to have the bedsheet changed and the room cleaned. However, when we returned, the room was left in the same condition. On asking, the manager informed us that only one staff member was available, and therefore the room could not be cleaned. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, I had planned this trip for peace and comfort with my family, but due to poor service, lack of hygiene, and staff response, it turned out to be a very bad experience. It also affected my family’s trust in my arrangements, which was personally very disappointing.
