had to wait very long for the security guard to come open the door to take the key from the key / mail room.

The pool is indeed nice

It was quite dirty, there were black hairs everywhere, floor, shower, sink etc. We booked for three persons and there were only 2 towels. The beds did not have blankets except for a couple tiny (fleece) blankets one would get on a longer plane flight (they could only cover your legs if you are 180cm tall). There were left over pieces of clothing from the owner.
