Very clean and close to the main parts of Patong. 15 min walk or 5 minute 50 bhat grab bike. Air con is very good and shower is nice. Lovely view from the balcony too. Staff were brilliant and would definitely stay here again.

Only thing was the safe was broken in our room but that’s not really an issue
