The room was spotlessly clean. Looked exactly like the photos. The tv had Netflix. Staff were very friendly. Stayed here the night before halong bay cruises. Few minutes away from the docks. Excellent value for money.

Incredibly convenient place to stay after a trip to halong tour.

The behaviour of the staff was very good. We got the cruise arranged by them. The hotel is just at the backside of the cruise pick up point. They provided us with everything we asked for. They were super super kind. We even booked our tickets to ninh binh, through them. If you are visiting Ha long this stay is highly recommended.

The family hosting this place is amazing, super smiley and halpfull. We almost missed out bus to hanoi because we couldn’t get a cab and they found a taxi in no time at really reasonable price! I really recommend this place, top location for cruise departures and clean room.

The motel is very clean, comfortable and perfectly located to jump onto a Halong Bay cruise. The owners are very attentive and happy to help. We were able to buy snacks and drinks at their shop downstairs.

After booking confirmation they sent me a message that they are sold out and I should cancel my booking. But they still offered rooms at Booking and Agoda… What a joke
