"Superb"

The accommodation was pretty good but there is nothing in the area around the habour. Dont stay in this area, it’s so boring. Also the shops and restaurants were closed. We just stayed there for the bootcruise at the next day.

"Great hotel for taking the Cat Ba ferry"

Great big room in friendly family owned hotel. Good facilities and very convenient for the ferry to Cat Ba Island. The owners were very hospitable and kind.

Someone banged on our door in the middle of the night which scared us a lot, I then did not sleep after that. That is not the fault of the hotel though

The owners were very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and quiet..I slept very well after a day of cruising the bay. There is a shop inside of the hotel to buy goodies. There is a smart tv in the bedroom. I asked them to borrow a kettle to make tea they were very nice to provide it to me. There is also an elevator !
