Nothing like all is bad

I trust booking.com but this room so disappointed me.when i was mailed the room situation no one contacted me .and 200 more amount collected from me . inside the room many corcroches there.no hygeine why booking.com this type of rooms given to customer,very very poor .i need the all money back otherwise i never booking next time in ur website.
