The location and dog friendly

The stove top wasn't working properly and one of the twin mattresses was old

Beautiful view of the bay. Lots of room. Fully equipped kitchen.

Toilet float had to be adjusted so the toilet would flush. Probably warn out or something. Only had half a roll of toilet paper. Ran out had to go out and buy more. Twin beds were hard as a rock, King bed mattress warn out (dipped) on one side. No sponge or wash cloth for kitchen sink. Kitchen cooking utensils cheap, scratched, flimsy spatula. Coffee pot, no filters to fit pot. Hispanic family partied all night out back, on pier, pretty loud.

Location was great! Easy access to beach, dining and activities! Bay views for sunsets were amazing!

The location was perfect for us. Having a yard for the dogs out back was the best, plenty of space for them and areas to walk.

I was overcharged for my pets. I booked this with pets at a higher rate than without pets, assuming they were covered in the rate. I was then asked if I had pets and charged $130 extra. I was later told I was being charged for a second pet, which would be $200 total or $70 more, when I didn’t even know the number of pets mattered. My total charge for my pets for our stay was $330. The property refuses to refund any portion of this to make it right after the manager Nigel told me he was charging me for 2 pets and I agreed.

Pool closes early, room kitchen and bathroom need to be updated and sealed properly.j

It is on the pricier side for our budget, but we enjoyed it. It was a bonus that we could bring our small dog.

The internet did not work, and I was trying to finish up an online graduate course.
